AI Assistant
Get 10+ hours of your week back. Miss fewer opportunities.
Run your business with fewer things depending on you being available. Your assistant takes the inbox, the prep, the follow-ups and the routine admin, working inside Gmail, your calendar, Slack and your CRM. You stay the one who decides.
Connected and useful in days, not months. After the first week the work is done before you sit down to it.
Give me back time
10+ hours a week out of email, prep, coordination, research, scheduling and admin.
Over a year that is 500+ hours of owner capacity you were spending on work that did not need you specifically.
Help me capture more revenue
Leads get followed up, proposals stop going quiet, customers stop getting forgotten.
One extra $10,000 to $50,000 deal a year, recovered from something that would otherwise have gone cold, pays for this many times over.
Help me run a tighter business
Overdue work, unnecessary spend, customer risk and margin problems surface earlier.
On a $2M business, finding two points of margin is $40,000 a year. Most of that money is already yours. It is just not visible yet.
These are modeled ranges built from a typical owner's week, not measured results and not a guarantee. What you actually get back depends on your business. On the call we run the arithmetic against your own calendar and inbox rather than ask you to take a number on faith.
Works inside the tools you already pay for
- Gmail and OutlookTriage, drafts, follow-up
- Google and Outlook CalendarScheduling and prep
- Slack and TeamsSummaries and commitments
- HubSpot, Salesforce and most CRMsPipeline and deal hygiene
- Notion, Drive and SharePointContext and documents
- Zapier and MakeEverything else you run
150+ integrations in total, and you connect your own accounts. We confirm exactly which ones you need on the first call. Nobody on your team has to move to a new tool.
Six things it takes off your desk
What each one does, and what it is worth to a business your size.
Keep me focused
Prioritizes the day, protects the blocks where you actually think, and keeps low-value work from taking the calendar.
What it is worthRecover 5 to 10 hours a week that go to deciding what to do next, switching between things, and work that could have waited. At $150 to $300 an hour for an owner's time, that is roughly $3,000 to $12,000 a month of capacity back.
Manage my communications
Triage, summaries, drafts, reminders and follow-up across email and chat, in your voice, held for your approval.
What it is worthTake 30 to 60 minutes a day out of communication and admin. The bigger number is on the other side of it: a missed lead or a proposal nobody chased can be worth thousands, and those now get a second, third and fourth touch instead of going quiet.
Prepare me for what is next
Builds the meeting brief, recalls the history with that account, researches who you are about to sit with, and surfaces the decisions waiting on you.
What it is worthMeeting prep drops from 15 to 30 minutes down to a couple, which is another 2 to 5 hours a week if your calendar is full. Walking in prepared also shortens sales cycles and cuts the meetings that end with everyone agreeing to circle back.
Make sure nothing falls through the cracks
Tracks commitments, action items, delegated work and follow-ups from wherever they were made, including the ones you made out loud on a call.
What it is worthThe target is close to full capture of what you said you would do, instead of relying on memory. It shows up as fewer missed renewals, forgotten proposals, dropped customer requests, overdue invoices and delegated work that quietly stalled.
Help me run the business
Watches pipeline, cash, customers, projects, KPIs, and the places where work is stuck.
What it is worthReplaces hours of manual reporting and chasing people for status every week, and puts revenue and margin problems in front of you sooner. Catching one stalled $25,000 deal is worth more than another dashboard.
Handle the routine stuff for me
Scheduling, research, status updates, follow-ups, coordination and the repetitive admin nobody wants.
What it is worthMove 5 to 15 hours a week of administrative work off your desk. That can delay the next admin hire, give you back productive hours, or let the assistant you already have cover materially more work.
These are modeled ranges built from a typical owner's week, not measured results and not a guarantee. What you actually get back depends on your business. On the call we run the arithmetic against your own calendar and inbox rather than ask you to take a number on faith.
What the first two weeks look like
You are not setting anything up, writing prompts, or learning a new tool.
We map where the week actually goes
One call. We go through your calendar, your inbox and the work you keep taking home, and pick the handful of things worth handing over first.
We build it around how you work
Your tools, your priorities, your tone, and your rules about what it can send on its own. You are not configuring anything.
You correct it for a week, then it runs
Early on you will edit its drafts and overrule its calls. It keeps every correction. By the end of the second week you are mostly approving rather than rewriting.
One assistant. Pick how much expert help you want with it.

AI Expert
Someone to call when you are not sure
Your hours are 1:1 time with an AI expert who teaches you how to get the most out of your agent. You bring whatever question is in front of you.
Getting more out of your agent
- Getting your rules represented the way you actually think
- Tightening it when it is too permissive
- Reading its confidence and knowing when to overrule it
- Why it did something you did not expect
Getting more off your desk
- Which parts of your week to hand over first
- Where your follow-up is actually breaking down
- How to move work off you without dropping the ball
- What else in your operation is worth automating
Expert hours are used through scheduled calls or substantive email consultation and expire 12 months after purchase. The account owner and one designated proxy may participate. Technical support is separate and does not draw down your hours.
The questions worth asking
Where does the 10+ hours actually come from?+
Adding up the six responsibilities: 5 to 10 hours a week from prioritization and context switching, 30 to 60 minutes a day from communication and admin, 2 to 5 hours a week from meeting prep, and 5 to 15 hours a week of routine administrative work. Those ranges overlap, which is why the headline number is 10+ rather than the sum. On the call we run the same arithmetic against your calendar instead of a hypothetical one.
Are those numbers guaranteed?+
No, and we label them as modeled everywhere they appear. Time savings can be modeled fairly honestly, because the work is already visible in your calendar and inbox. Revenue and margin depend far too much on your specific business, which is why you will not find a promised revenue or margin uplift anywhere on this page. When we have measured customer data, we will publish that instead.
Does it send things without asking me?+
Only what you tell it to. You set what it can do on its own and what waits for your approval, and the default is that anything going to a customer is drafted and held for you. Most owners loosen those rules after a few weeks, once they have watched it work.
What does it plug into?+
Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Slack, Teams, HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Google Drive and 150+ others, with Zapier and Make covering the rest. We confirm the exact list you need on the first call. It works inside those tools, so nobody on your team has to move somewhere new.
How is this different from ChatGPT?+
ChatGPT starts over every conversation and cannot touch your systems. This one remembers your customers, your deals and how you like things done, it works inside your email, calendar, chat and CRM, and it takes action there. You ask ChatGPT a question. This one hands you the brief before you thought to ask for it.
Who is this actually for?+
Owners and operators of small businesses where too much still routes through one person: the calendar is full, the inbox is the to-do list, and the follow-ups that slip are the ones only you remember. If you already have an ops person, this makes them cover materially more ground rather than replacing them.
What is an AI expert?+
Someone on our team who builds these assistants for a living and has watched a lot of small businesses hand work over to one. The hours are 1:1 time on your setup rather than a course: what to hand over next, why it did something you did not expect, how to write your rules so it makes your call instead of a generic one, and what else in your week is worth automating. Same person wherever we can manage it, so you are not re-explaining your business every call.
Is the assistant better in the more expensive packages?+
No. Every package includes the same assistant. The higher packages add 10 or 25 hours of 1:1 time with an AI expert. They do not unlock a better assistant or lift artificial limits.
What does the 20% apply to?+
The one-time onboarding price only. The ongoing subscription stays $149 per month.
What does the $149 a month cover?+
Continued access to your configured assistant, its memory, and standard technical support. Every build includes AI usage, and you can add more or bring your own key from OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and 30+ others.
What happens to my data?+
It stays yours. You connect your own accounts and you can disconnect them, and we do not train public models on your business. The detail is on our security page.
Stop being the bottleneck in your own business.
We build 20 of these and then close the cohort, because each one gets configured around a real business and a real week. The 20% comes off the one-time onboarding price.
